A young Carrigart woman has appeared in court charged with assaulting two women and robbing a third.
Chloe Curran appeared at Letterkenny District Court charged with three offences on the same date.
The 23-year-old is charged that on February 25th, 2024, at Lower Main Street in Letterkenny, she did assault Kyra O’Donnell causing her harm.
This charge is Contrary to Section 3 of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Persons Act, 1997.
On the same date and at the same location she is also charged with assault causing harm to Megan O’Donnell causing her harm.

On the same date at Pizza Max at Lower Main Street in Letterkenny she is also charged with theft.
She is accused of stealing cosmetics, two pouches of tobacco and €60 in cash to the combined value of €150 from Kristina McFadden.
These offences are Contrary to Section 4 of the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences ) Act of 2001.
Curran, with an address at Trearty Cottage, Aughalatty, Carrigart, did not speak during the brief hearing.
Solicitor for the accused, Ms Margaret Mary Sheridan, said her client was already on station bail.
Judge Deirdre Gearty remand the accused on continuing bail until September 23rd to link with other matters and to seek direction from the Director of Public Prosecutions.
