Job Vacancy: Gweedore company hiring Office Administrator

Job Vacancy: Office Administrator needed for an established local company in Gweedore. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Order Processing, input of stock and supplier invoices
  • Any other tasks requested by Management

Requirements:

  • English/Irish Speaking.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software
  • Knowledge of Sage Line 50 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and advantage.
