Ben Sweeney Euronics in Letterkenny is hiring a full time Sales Advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling customer needs in the home appliance and electronics department.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Home appliances TV and IT products, including specifications, features, and compatibility.
- Actively engage customers, offering product recommendations, and providing assistance throughout the sales process.
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales area, ensuring products are accurately priced and appropriately displayed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and technological advancements to better assist customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a retail environment.
- Reliable and a good time keeper.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers.
- In-depth knowledge of Home appliances TV and IT products, keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:
- Availability to work 39hrs per week including Saturdays
- Previous experience in home appliance or electronics sales is a plus.
