Accounts Administrator
Job Ref No: SD/AA/05/24

Reporting to the Financial Controller the Accounts Administrator will be responsible for providing financial and administrative assistance to the Finance Department.

The Role:
• Maintaining Sales Ledger including month-end close down of Sales Ledger;
• Producing sales invoices and credit notes;
• Recording customer payments and generating customer statements;
• Updating the CRM system;
• Maintaining Time and Attendance System;
• Preparing weekly/monthly reports for management;

The Person:
• Have strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Excel; • Able to work effectively both on your own initiative and also within a busy team; • Possess excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal skills;
• Have excellent attention to detail and a high numerical understanding;
• Ideally have relevant experience of working in a finance role, but not essential, as training will be provided;
• A business-related qualification would be advantageous but not essential.

The successful candidate should be reliable, efficient, motivated and be able to work as part of a team. Candidates should have a good standard of education, the ability to complete accurate documentation and good communication skills.
