McGee ruled out of crunch Clare clash

Jim McGuinness will have to plan with one of his twin towers after midfielder Jason McGee was ruled out of tomorrow’s crunch All-Ireland clash with Clare.

The Cloughaneely man came off early in the clash against Cork.

And he has not recovered in time to be included in Donegal’s 26 man squad for the game in Castlebar tomorrow.

Mark Curran is named at corner back while Conor O’Donnell also returns to the subs bench, his first appearance this year.

McGuinness is hoping for another sizeable traveling support make the journey to Mayo for the game.

A massive crowd made the long journey south as Donegal came up just short against Cork.

The game, which throws-in at 3pm, is not being broadcast live on television or streamed.
