St Eunan’s beaten in Ulster Junior Hurling Final

Castleblayney 2-16 vs 1-15 St Eunan’s

St Eunan’s came up just short in their quest to win the Ulster Junior Hurling title today in Dungannon.

Eunan’s and manager Paddy Flood came within 4 points of the title after a hard-faught match.

They entered half-time down 1-06 to 2-07 and produced their best play in the 15 minutes after the half, but ultimately Castleblaney’s class decided the result in the Monaghan men’s favour scoring 5 straight points in the final minutes of the game.
