SML Construction Consultants is currently seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.
Working under the supervision of the Managing Director, the range of duties will include:
- Pre & post-contract cost control
- Development of cost plans and estimates
- Proficient in BQ production
- Tender Reporting
- Cost Reporting
- Value engineering exercises
- Agreeing monthly payment valuations and final accounts
Requirements:
- 4-7 years Quantity Surveying experience with either Main Contractor or PQS.
- PQS experience essential
- Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Experience of delivering construction projects under the Public Works Contract
- Fully competent in the use of Cubit/ Buildsoft/ Excel/ Word/ Microsoft Project
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment & Motivation to join a growing company
Role will be based in Donegal
